When can we check in and out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a surcharge. Ask the property manager 24 hours beforehand.
What beach essentials are included?
Six beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided. Pack your own snorkeling equipment and beach umbrella.
Who looks after the villa?
Casiola professionally manages the home, with local assistance available 24/7. The Guest Relations Team can help arrange transportation, private chefs, yachts and other activities.
Is housekeeping included during our stay?
This is a self-catering home with start-up supplies. Optional daily or mid-stay cleaning and additional bath linen are available for a surcharge. Confirm arrangements with Casiola.
What are the house rules?
No smoking, parties, loud noise or unregistered guests. Do not use glassware around the pool. The primary renter must be at least 21. An exterior camera faces the entrance and street.
Where can we confirm the final price?
